A lot of words come to mind when I think of my friend Scott Panning. Smart. Funny. Generous. Faithful. Proud Conservative. But most of all, this: Passionate. Scott lived life with a passion that all of us should aspire to. He wasn’t halfway about anything. He wasn’t shy about anything. He wasn’t one to hold back his opinions about anything.
